Covid-19 conditions

Under which conditions can I book a vacation:

In order to ensure safe winter tourism even in times of Corona, the 2G rule applies in Austria.
This means that only vaccinated or recovered people have access to accommodation, ski areas, restaurants, etc.
Please note that the vaccination certificate with a vaccine approved in the EU (BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Janssen) must not be older than 270 days.

Attention: Vaccination certificates for one dose with Janssen lose their validity on January 3, 2022. Therefore, a second dose is required no earlier than 14 days after the first dose in order to continue to receive a valid vaccination certificate.

A recovery certificate after a Covid 19 infection must not be older than 180 days.

Children up to the age of 12 do not need proof of a low epidemiological risk.
Children between the age of 12 and 15 need appropriate proof of a low epidemiological risk:
When entering the country, the 2.5 G rule applies (vaccinated, recovered or PCR test).
During the stay, a PCR test must be carried out at least twice a week. The exact regulation is still being worked out.

The mandatory wearing of the FFP-2 mask applies to all public areas in closed rooms.

A free cancellation of your booking up to 2 days before arrival is possible in the following cases:

in the event of an officially ordered entry ban into our region
in the event of an officially ordered travel ban from your region
in the event of an officially ordered ban on entering our company
in the event of an arrival or departure that is not possible without consequences (quarantine)
in the event of an officially ordered border or hotel closure or a lockdown

If you cannot take the vacation because you become ill yourself, have tested positive for Covid-19 or have to be in quarantine as a K1 contact person, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung.
