This Privacy Policy applies primarily to the use of a module of our PMS system offered on our website. This can be a request form, a booking form or an online check-in module, on which personal data can be entered.

In order to be able to process your request or booking, it is necessary store and process the data provided by you.

2. Collection of data

In the context of a request or booking, you provide relevant data for the implementation of the same. These are usually name, e-mail address and address, if necessary, but also dates of birth or other personal data. These data are collected only to the extent permitted by law and only with your consent and through your active participation. Insofar as the consent is electronically declared in the context of the services, the legal information obligations are taken into account and this approval is recorded by suitable technical systems.

 

 

3. Data processing when using the PMS system (widgets)

This Privacy Policy mainly refers to the use of a PMS module provided by easybooking on our website, to which you disclose personal data on our website. These may be:

In order to be able to process your request or booking, it is necessary to process the data you have provided. 

We and zadego GmbH, Hypo-Passage 2, 6020 Innsbruck, (both collectively also called "providers") are in a contractually regulated business relationship. We obtain from easybooking a hotel management or booking software (= PMS). 

There will be a transfer of the personal data you have disclosed to easybooking and, if necessary, to companies with easybooking is in business relations. As already mentioned, this transfer will be made especially to our company, but also if necessary

b. Collection of data

In the context of a request or booking at the accommodation company, you announce the relevant data for this purpose. These are usually the following:

- E-mail address

- Telephone
- Birth dates (to identify children)

These data are collected only to the extent permitted by law and only with your consent and through your active participation. Insofar as the consent is electronically declared in the context of the services, the legal notification obligations are considered, and this approval is recorded by suitable technical systems. 

c. Purpose of data processing

We will process your personal information in this context for the following purposes: 

- Tenders
- Possibility of online check-in
- Fulfillment of legal reporting obligations
- Fulfill obligations related to the conclusion of a contractual relationship (residence), such as accounting and communication about other details of stay
- Payment processing / accounting
- Provide direct payment via an external payment service provider
- Provision of travel insurance provider
- Provision of other providers or services and service providers via our thank-you page (rental car, ski school, ski rental) or directly from the accommodation provider


If in one of these widgets an input of personal data (your contact details, e-mail, your date of birth, dates of your desired stay in our house) is done, it’s always on a voluntary basis and only for the purpose to provide you with an offer for your desired stay. 

If no contractual relationship is established between the parties (there is thus no stay in the operation of the person responsible), the data of the person concerned will be automatically deleted from the systems immediately. In individual cases, legal storage and deletion periods must be observed. 

d. Reporting obligation

The person in charge is obliged under the applicable reporting law to register all guests residing with the person responsible with the data specified in the Registration Act. This includes, among other things, the following data: 

- Surname
- Name of accompanying persons
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Country of origin
- Address
- Travel document (type, number, date of issue, issuing authority, state)
- Date of the travel period 

In individual cases, the person responsible may request personal data other than those mentioned above for statistical purposes, own interests or other legal obligations. 

e. Guest directory

According to a legal obligation, the person responsible must lead all guest data transmitted to him to a booking in a so-called electronic guest directory. This guest directory is subject to the automatic deletion and anonymization periods stored in the system. The providers provide suitable technical and organizational measures to store personal data in the system in accordance with the law. In individual cases, legally prescribed storage and retention periods must be observed and observed. The storage periods set are valid, as far as the data concerned are not processed for other purposes, which are mentioned in this data protection declaration, longer. 

The guest directory is managed electronically by the responsible person, whereby the data is stored on the servers of easybooking. In this case, easybooking acts as a processor because it stores the data on its servers. Access by easybooking to this guest data never happens. A transfer to a third country is not without prior information to those affected.

 

4. Information offered by the provider in accordance with the Telecommunications Act

By acknowledging this privacy policy and by actively confirming this persual, you consent pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Telecommunications Act 2003 that the providers may send you information and advertising about their respective service offer by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you. You can revoke your consent at any time in writing by mail or email to the provider.

 

5. Consent to the Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that you have read and fully accept this Privacy Policy. 

You agree that your personal data will be transmitted to the management system, so that you will receive additional information in connection with the booking (eg travel information, offers such as travel cancellation insurance, events at the destination, products, etc.). 

The providers can enrich the information you have provided with other data related to the request / booking with further information, process it and transmit it. In particular, this may occur in the following cases: storage of the additional services booked by you and passing on this information to external service providers (eg passing on the information that you have booked a morning bread service to the appropriate bakery), recording your special requests to improve the quality of service (eg If you wish that the service staff never enters the room in the morning, this information will be saved and will be visible to the lessor even with a new booking), storage and exchange of guest reviews (for example, the landlord can identify you as a particularly pleasant guest and inform VIP guests separately about special offers - These data can be exchanged between the landlords associated with the management system and viewed with legitimate interest). 

You can your revoke yout consent given in pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 at any time in writing by mail or by email to the parties.

 

6. Storage, information about and deletion of personal data

In order to be able to offer you the best possible service when (re)booking an offer from the landlord, the management system offers the landlord the possibility to store personal data in the so-called guest card in the long term. 

The providers are obliged to comply with the applicable tax laws and store all data related to a booking / payment and hand them over to the local authorities upon request. The storage of personal data thus takes place at least for the legally stipulated period of retention. 

You can always request information about the stored data concerning you from the providers. This request must be made by correspondence (email or post). 

At any time you can arrange for the deletion of the data concerning you (with the exception of the data subject to the retention obligation defined under pursuant to Art. 6 para. 2 This cancellation request must be made in writing (by email or post) to the providers separately. The providers will inform you about the deletion of the data with a deletion protocol.
